Jeff is senior business manager in worldwide public sector education at Microsoft, leading skills and employability strategy and field and partner readiness for workforce skills solutions in the education industry sales strategy team, including keen focus in supporting academic certification initiatives globally. In his role, Jeff is responsible for outreach and alliance with K-12 and higher education leaders, policymakers, government workforce agencies, educators and business partners around the world surrounding adoption and engagement with learning, technology skills and credentials solutions designed to help better prepare students for the future digital workforce. Prior to joining Microsoft in 2007, Jeff held teaching and leadership roles at the University of Maryland and at Bellevue (WA) College. He also served as speechwriter and legislative aide to a member of the U.S. Congress.
